Processing Time

      All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

      Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options.

      Estimated delivery time:

o   Standard: 5–7 business days

o   Expedited: 2–3 business days

o   Express: 1–2 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 We ship to addresses within the USA including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


International Shipping

      We offer international shipping to select countries.

      Shipping charges and delivery estimates will vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

      Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied once a shipment reaches the destination country.


Order Tracking

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Lost or Damaged Packages

 We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
